Beautifully Built Bike Bell!

Nice bell but ..
.. only after a few weeks the bell spring action lever moved to the left, we use our left thumb for a bell, this moved the lever away from the bell and made it more difficult, sometimes no go, to ring this bell. This seems a design problem, we should have gone for the next model up without the spring mechanism.

Bell doesn’t work
Nice design but Upon installation the bell does not work, just a dull barely audibly flat “thunk”. Not fit for purpose
