Bajio not only make the BEST sunglasses but has the best customer service in the industry!

A little background. Since 2023, I have bought 6 pairs of sunglasses from Bajio (mostly different styles but stiltsville is my favorite) and the quality and style are in every single one. What stands out above a truly quality product, is that on the rare occasion that I have had to request warranty service, they have not only replied quickly but replaced two units (this pair being the second) with no questions asked. Many other companies would have either denied the warranty claim, asked me to send them the glasses and let them repair for a fee or yadda, yadda, yadda. Not Bajio, quick email to customer service with a few pictures and within 24 hours, I get an email accepting my claim, a code to repurchase and replace the whole unit. Their only request is that you send back the damaged unit in a return box they provide which, considering the level of service they provide I would crawl through the mud to return it. The few times I have requested warranty work, this is always the response. This company TRULY stands behind everything they sell. I will never buy my sunglasses from any other manufacturer for the rest of my life. Once again, great work guys!

i swtiched from a pair of costa rincons to these stiltsville's after costa changed their warranty policy and wouldnt fix a pair that i had pre the change. im impressed with these stiltsville's. ill never buy another pair of costa's again . lenses are so much clearer and the frames are better quality.

So I bought these and also Costas to try them out and see which one i like the best. For a person who boats alot, these beat the Costas in every category. I needed polarized glasses because i have a hard time seeing. I can see alot clearer with these. They are also wider and i have a big face so long story short. I went with the Bajios! Love em
