Perfect for wind and cooler weather. The hood kept my hat on through the Montana wind. It’s extremely warm and moves well when fishing in it, and it’s nice enough to wear to dinner at the lodge.

Great quality…. . well thought out…. . Much needed nowadays in the Fly Fishing world!
Quality and texture of fabric is superb! A bit smaller in the arms than I prefer for an XL. I have an Athletic body type and forearms are a little tight, but once I’ve had it on for awhile, it “conforms” better and is not only a great fishing mid-layer, but also looks great in casual settings! Reminds me of what Cloudveil was in its heyday…. . I was on their pro team and was sad when they faltered…… I’m hoping that Skwala stays on this path…. . Simms has decent quality in MOST of there products, but customer service is almost non existent now. More power to you…. . keep on keeping on!
