Great jacket and even greater costumers servise!

I bought this jacket for my mother (also I have of my own). It's a great jacket, very warm and comfortable, and surprisingly compact! Moresome, the costumer servise is great and they helped me with every step when there were issues with delivery. 100% recommend

Missing pouch

Good jacket as my husband owns one too but mine didn’t come with the little storage pouch to stuff my jacket into which is disappointing. Wrote to customer service but didn’t get an answer on the missing pouch.
