Yukola Cold Smoked Steelhead

This was much better then the La roach special, i can see the appeal. Smell better too, texture was better just a bit salty. It has to he eaten with something else in my opinion.

So buttery and delicious, and you get what you pay for. The first day i just snacked on it, then i made homemade sushi rolls with it anf they were awesome!
