How many times have we asked, "if only i had an extra hand", this is that extra hand for hobbyists! Clamps are great but not all clamps work for all applications! I l9ve using this for gluing and clamping wooden ship hulls! It will hold the ribs straight and the magnets are thin enough to hold between each other! This in one of dozens of ways I have used this and l9ok forward to finding new uses! I bought two and use them together for those really tough situations where multiple hold locations and angles are needed! Force can be applied from multiple directions at the same time! So glad you sell this tool!!!

Model building assistant

Although the magnets seem extremely strong for small plastic buildings I reduced the grip by removing completely the adjustable plate this cuts the grip about in half I can add the plate if I needed stronger or lay it flat against the bottom or the wall and that will automatically increase the magnetic power . Then I moved the model to the center and place it on wax paper which prevents the glue from sticking the model to The jig. All told I'm very pleased with this item.

Handy

Realy helps to build a true and square building. With the help of a building square or triangle, you can get the angles you want. The magnets seem almost too strong sometimes for my arthritic hands to move around but that means they just won't shift if bumped and knock everything out of plumb.
