The shipping was long but expected. When received I got a problem with a component that got "disconnected" so I got to reinstall it myself. But the support team was very nice and helpful for every problem that I had. They answered quickly. Overall the computer is Great for its price. I can launch 3 games at the time heavily moded and still have no performance problem. For the price it is worth it and if you really want to, you can always upgrade it yourself easily. 3 empty slots for additional storage and half of the case is empty for you to upgrade.
