After 11 days, finally had a wonderful guy named Todd help me by sending me instructions on how to redeem points, activate for the first time, sync and Bluetooth it…. No issues since!

Honestly I'm not sure if it even worked, I wasn't able to use it. Every time I tired to do something away from the bike it said I had to get close and use Bluetooth. I tired contacting support and got nowhere. The person I spoke to wasn't very helpful at all and couldn't even explain to me what happened. I kept having to repeat myself and I got aggravated and just agreed with person on whatever was said. Only because I could barely understand him or his instructions.
