Essential Human Hoodie - Teal

The adult jumper had stitching unravelling. The dog size was way too big. I’d love to send it back and get a new size for puppy and a replacement for the adult jumper. Is that doable?

Love both my human sweatshirt and matching dog sweatshirt. Great color and they are super thick and cozy. I think the human ones run a little small. I’m a woman that usually wears L in unisex or XL in women’s sizes and I bought the XL and definitely would not have wanted it smaller.
