Thus-far, my new Forge de Laguiole 9cm Karelian Birch folding knife is the gem of my collection. It was an affordable but elegant addition to my collection of various domestic and foreign knives. As with any collector however, I’ll be searching for my next knife. I collect them for their beauty and craftsmanship.
