My stylist was recently certified & we were very excited to try this new method of extensions. Unfortunately, the products we received were not viable and we deemed them unsafe to use. The instructions were followed, and as I said, she is certified in this method. The products did not bind the way they should, while also sizzling and mildly smoking when applied. Once we noticed this, we tried to remove the product with the remover. It was incredibly difficult, leaving behind a lot of residue, while also taking a good amount of hair out with it. We were very excited and unfortunately it just didn’t work like we hoped.
