Curl Conditioner

The way my hair feels after using this didn't feel soft, and my head feels greasy. I sought out Color Proof, and they sent me a new bottle. Same thing. I'm wondering if there was a slight change with the mixture is ingredients that was used to make it. To compare, I used a travel size conditioner if the curly line, and my hair felt completely different.
