Awesome hat and awesome customer service
I initially received a product that where the patch was sewed a tad crooked, but fractel replaced it immediately without me having to fight for it at all. It was a great customer service experience.

My favorite cap!
This cap is really comfortable and fits my sorta small-ish head very well. Adjusting the fit as needed is quick and easy. I live in an area that gets a lot of sun and wind and this cap stays on when I need it to. The brim is also soft, allowing for easy packability. I have purchased other Fractel caps but so far this one is my favorite.

Love the hat
The best fabrics of all running hat brands in my opinion.
