I love the product and it’s working great. First one came on quite damaged. It took 3+ hours and me calling a brick and mortar store in Canada to get someone that wasn’t AI. Their customer service number hung up on me more that 5 times while holding. Felt completely helpless and when I finally got help, there was zero accountability and no follow up to questions and concerns I had. Love the products, just wish the company cared about the customer experience more than using cool AI HR software.

Ok but lacks interior dividers and features.

The lunch box looks ok, but photos on website don’t show interior details. Small zip pocket on front has little use. I am hoping that the lunch box zipper issue has been resolved. After reading several reviews, the zipper seems to have been a consistent complaint. We will see if the lunch box lasts through the school year with no problems!
