We found the handrail itself very good and straightforward. Client is very happy with outcome. One issue was the transition from guard rail to handrail on the steps. We had to reset the drop down 2 times due to not being able to get the vertical drop piece to stay plumb. The adjustable rail inserts make it possible to adjust for the correct angle, but do not provide enough strength to keep the handrail stable when pressure is applied when tensioning the cables.
