BLIKA Stainless Steel Black Cable Railing Handrails

I was very impressed with this product. Everything fit together very well, looks stylish, and was impressed with the response from customer service. I would highly recommend these products. Very easy to assemble and looked great. My only issue was with cutting the rails to size, especially at the corners. Being the product is made of stainless steel; I struggled cutting the material without burning the painted surface. They do provide covers for the seams and the corners, however I was hoping to have a seamless looking handrail without the covers.

These railing got here within 3 days of ordering. I live in Tennessee and they were shipped out from Ocala, Florida. Would be nice if you had warehouses located around the country.

hand rail sections are not straight

Most of the hand rail sections are not straight. The longer sections are bowed. I have not installed them yet, so its possible some of this will straighten out when I install them. The finish on them are great. Overall the packaging needs to be improved. Some of the components shift inside the box causing the white boxes to break apart and rub against the finish.
