bad coffee, bad customer service
I was very excited to try Hiker coffee as I have been searching for a clean flavored coffee. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. The 2 bags of coffee I received were beyond weak to the point of being completely tasteless. I contacted customer service and after 2 emails received a response with some tips for how to brew the coffee. I explained that I was brewing the coffee correctly and never received another response despite sending 2 more emails. I am disappointed that I wasted money on coffee that wasn't good, but even more upset that the customer service was unresponsive and did not take my concerns regarding the quality of their coffee seriously. I would caution against purchasing coffee from Hiker.

We love Hiker Coffee
My husband and I were looking for a clean brand of coffee to switch to and this was recommended to us by a friend. We are so happy with it! Smooth, great taste and even better knowing we are drinking a clean coffee!
