My review

The taste is okay I haven’t used it enough as I forget to take some days so very difficult for me to give an opinion of how helpful it is. Sorry for that I will try to be more consistent.

Good product though the taste…

Generally, I don’t mind about taste if it’s a health product and this one is no different. It does have a bit of a orangey cream sickle type taste to it. If you use your imagination, however there is a bit of an oil aftertaste that isn’t necessarily unpleasant and it’s not pleasant either. That being said when I put it in my smoothies, it pretty much disappears. There is no way I would use this on a salad as suggested. As to the health benefits, I would say yes I had an overall improvement for part of the day while taking this oil Again nothing that I would say definitively owed this improved or that improved. I will probably order this product again, simply for the wellness factor as opposed to taking vitamins and supplements, etc., from stores this being a natural product and not processed so that appeals to me greatly.

I love this product. Been using for a few months and my aches and pains are greater reduced and thr quality of sleep im getting is top notch! Highly recommend
