Overall health

I’ve given this three out of five stars because I find that it has helped an overall health and wellness, but not to a degree that I can definitively say this or that has changed. I feel an overall positive shift, but nothing drastic. For that reason, I don’t know if I would buy again, but it would be something I would consider.

Hard on stomach

I was really hoping this would be a great product for me but so far I can’t take more than 1 soft shell pill because it affects my stomach- causing cramping & diarrhea.
