Panini review
I really didnt like it. I thought the texture was all wrong for a panini. Yours had a texture similar to the muffin and i think a panini should be more of a bread texture

Freshness
Unfortunately they were very dry when I wanted to use them the day following purchase. Maybe I should have frozen them?
