Incorrect Order

On the website it clearly states that their curtains are 52/96. I ordered 3 curtains but I receive 3 curtains that are 25/96. They want me to pay to ship them back in order to get a refund oppose to sending me what I ordered. Bad for business. When I called to request to speak to a supervisor they will pick up the phone and will not take any of my calls. Awful customer service. Also, can you believe the quality? I ordered the silver curtains, Avginon Pleat curtains! I should have ordered from a reputable company that sends the correct order and back up there products!
