I found the people at petoi willing and anxious to help and accommodate. I have difficulty using and calibrating and I find the instructions difficult to follow. I am currently trying to navigate the different activities available and intend to follow up with many more future purchases. I have to do more practicing and I may have further comments

Got the "kit" version. Put it together. Assembly was fairly easy. Having trouble calibrating the legs. I did it on a surface plate and still could not get them right/properly balanced on all four legs when standing. Consequently, dog does not walk very well. Not sure if this is a result of inaccurate calibration or just limit of its ability. Have tried multiple type of surfaces, etc. Will tinker around with it more eventually.
