An Amazing Experience

Hello! If you're like me, you do a lot of research on products before you buy them. Reading reviews, watching unboxings, gauging reputations, getting to know the brands in the space... The more information, the better. Massage chairs are a big purchase, so they require even more time. It can also be hard to get a sense of what you need vs what everyone is trying to sell you. My wife told me she wanted one and I quickly became overwhelmed with options. S or L track? How many airbags? 3D or 4D rollers? Amazon for $600, Costco for 6,000 or a premium char for 10,000+? There were a huge number of brands with names I had never seen before, and the chairs all seemed to do slightly different versions of the same thing. After trying out different chairs at local stores, I was lucky enough to stumble my way onto Wish Rock's eBay page looking for refurbished/open box models of a chair I thought I wanted. After messaging with them it became clear that they were experts, "this model is basically this other model minus one thing." It felt like I could trust their advice and they treated me as an informed consumer. Ultimately they were incredibly accommodating, helping me get the chair of my wife's dreams for a price I didn't think possible. Delivery and setup were a breeze (get the white glove delivery!) and we've been incredibly happy with the quality of the product.
