Detailed Osaki Pro Maestro review

First, JoAnna is an absolute pleasure to work with How? She’s readily acessible and very knowledgeable regarding helping a consumer make an informed choice. I tortured myself on researching all the information that’s out/comparing $, warranties, features etc. Wish Rock combines many positive features that I was seeking so I went with them. After almost a month with using the chair on a daily basis, I can tell you with confidence the pro and cons. First, shipping was ok as timing was an issue-mostly bad luck but worked out ok. Curbside means curbside, our driveway is almost 800 feet long. Driver wasn’t allowed to leave the rd., so we got our trailer and drove out to pick it up. Once we’re back at the house, we unpacked it. The weight is manageable for 95% of the population from 20-65 years old. Assembly is manageable for 85-90% of the pop. (Comes with the allen wrenches needed.) Online video was quite helpful even though it could have easily been better. Space needed is about that of a regular recliner. Usability, that’s tricky. At face value=easy. Problem is the instructions for the finer points aren’t there (writing or the net)! Overall scale of one to ten for a middle class person where thousands of dollars means alot, I gave it a 5/10 first week. After the third week, my body adjusted to the chair and I found ways to make it easily custom fitting to the persons wants/needs. My wife is right on par with my thougths with this review as well. You can adjust time, speed, depth, type of massage but it’s not easy to find/ learn. I’ll post a video on the site to explain most of the capabilities, but I’d say there’s more to discover (10-15% through the phone settings, wifi music for example). So my overall is now an 8.5/10 compared to an actual good massage. Some aspects are only a 4-5/10, others are a 12/10 (quite a bit better vs human massage). Hope this helps and I know you’ll be hard pressed to find a better company currently (June 2019) to work with and make what should be a very worthy purchase. David D.
