I absolutely love my bag and am obsessed with it! While I understand that shipping took longer than originally anticipated, I wish there had been more communication throughout the process. When my bag arrived, it unfortunately had the wrong personalization font. However, the customer service team was very helpful and responsive in arranging a replacement. From the time I placed my order to receiving the corrected bag, the entire process took about three months. Despite the delays, I’m very happy with the final product.

Too WAY too long
Although the bag is cute, there was no discount given or anything when the bag took a month longer than expected. I already went on my trip and came back by the time it arrived.

Jenna Collab - Make up bag
Best toiletries / make up bag I’ve ever had!! It’s compact but somehow fits EVERYTHING. All the compartments keep things organized but still visible. And the color is so stinking cute.
