Love the duffle- disappointed by the Embroidery

I love the duffle! It is so cute and I can’t wait to use it, however I got the custom embroidery and unfortunately it is messed up. It is embroidered on the line of the duffle so there is a line straight through the name and it doesn’t look like the advertised embroidered duffles. I tried to reach out to customer service but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. I would recommend buying the duffle but not getting it customized.

Great bag

I’ve been using this bag for days that I am going to work and need more space than just my purse. I love the water bottle pockets on the side, laptop sleeve, quick access pocket where I keep my kindle and I pad mini. It is really a versatile. I plan to bring it on my work trips over the next 2 weeks. My only complaint is that when you have the straps on and water bottles in and the zippers all the way open, you can’t get the zipper closed without removing something.
