This product is great because it's so powerful, but it's also not great because it's so powerful. When using it on clients majority of them feel its too strong on lower levels even and tend to tense up. Whereas if they use it on themselves their nerves doesn't guard. I have other vibration therapy tools that I use as well. So I tell my athletes to use it on themselves as a warmup for the tissue and then I do my work on them. I can however use the flat black part on larger muscles like thighs and back. Without guarding or tensing reaction.

Easy to use. Provides relief. Not as harsh/painful to use like many other 'massage guns'.

So far the best of all I have had and there have been at least 6 different one I have used before.
