My mom owned a bakery my whole life. She used PS99 for her icing but they discontinued it. This taste just it!

Package came opened and unuseable

Lid on shortening was wide open and all over the box. Not useable. It obviously was not packaged properly or securely. I called and was told that they aren’t responsible for damage done by UPS. It would have been fine had it been packaged properly. Also was told I would receive a call back. Did not receive call.

Great service

Packaging was great for the home baker. Price was good and product shipped within a day of my order and arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely use this vendor on future purchases.
