And Just Like That…

I’d had my eye on the Malibu Pink Cloud Pullover Hoodie ever since I discovered CozyGhost and couldn’t wait for it to come back in stock. When it finally did, I ordered it immediately. Unfortunately, it arrived with damage to the front that couldn’t be fixed without leaving a noticeable mark or hole. I emailed CozyGhost, and they responded promptly, asking for a few photos and a video of the damage. The process was quick and easy, and by the next day they had apologized and offered to replace my hoodie with any Cloud Pullover they had in stock. Although I was disappointed that the Malibu Pink was no longer available, I had another design in mind, and they shipped it out right away. Overall, I’m giving CozyGhost a 5/5 ⭐️. Their customer service was fast, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Thank you, CozyGhost, for resolving my issue so quickly and for making the replacement process so easy.
