Gut Wellness Powder - 60 Scoops

I'm working on upping my gut health and have tried several different powders. I really like this one. I put a scoop in my yogurt or oatmeal every day. It tastes great and I think it's doing a great job! Fred

when I first started on gut wellness it did wonders for me. I have been cutting out sugar and eating more salads and upping my protein intake for the past 6 months or so. I used to regularly have a bowel movement every morning but have noticed more irregularity in the past few months. I haven't changed my daily morning scoop of GW. Wondering if I should start taking one scoop at night or two in the morning?

Has improved my gut performance significantly. Still some issues with flatulence generating some mucous but only 2/3 through first jar. Expect continued improvement
