Poor quality paddle, no customer service

I bought this paddle for the vibration dampening. Wanted something that would not put extra shock on my elbow. Initially I loved the paddle--power and excellent spin control. However, after playing with it less than two months, it developed a soft spot near the top, there was something rattling around inside and on several hits there was a sand like substance spraying out. This should be covered by warranty. I have sent multiple emails to support over the last four weeks and have never received anything other than an automated message saying they would get back to me in one to 3 days, but nothing. I regret recommending this paddle to friends and that one of my friends bought one. Hope she doesn't have the same issue. Stay far away.

Best paddle I have used yet. It has everything I need. Great for putting spin on the ball, sound dampening and overall great touch.

I love this paddle. It helped me heal a 3 year issue with tennis elbow and I have just kept playing with it. It’s definitely more of a control paddle with a good amount of grit. Not the poppiest, not the grittiest, but just right. Bonus is that Players stands behind their paddles. When the paddle face broke off from the handle on a high lob swing (with no ball contact), I reached out and they replaced with no issues. Great paddle great company!
