This is my first piece of septum jewelry with a cute dangle charm. It’s so CUTE! No issues with opening and closure of the jewelry. No issues with irritation. It’s the perfect size for my piercing (I ordered 10 mm). I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the dangling charm but wanted to try something different and I absolutely love it.
