Once diagnosed, the controller arrived right away. A link to a video on how to install it was emailed to me. Other than dealing with getting the wires back into the frame of the bike, it was easy.

told them my issue worked threw some problem solving and sent me the parts that I needed to get back up and running 💯 would buy another bike from them in the future

Worked like a charm once we got the right part
We got a "Connection Error" message and after having to buy the suggested new Display because our bike was a month out of warranty (the new Display did not fix the issue) Mokwheel sent me a new Controller at no charge. That fixed it! :)
