Non-Alcoholic Amaro Falso®.

This herbaceous flavor appeals to me

I really like the flavors in a category of spirits which I think are called Amaro. This is very close to the alcoholic ones which can reach 18%. I also think the Negroni made by St. Agrestis is very satisfying.

Can’t do better

I go back again and agin to both ordering and serving Phony Negroni. It’s the best non-alcoholic cocktail I’ve found. Amaro Falso is pretty good too.
