Excellent Customer Service and Ease of Delivery-Love the Unit So Far!

Jeremias was amazing. We had to delay our order until the closing of our home, and he ensured that the delivery was coordinated for the day we wanted the delivery. In addition, the third party delivery company did an excellent job in delivery. Really happy with the 48” Ultimate Under Bench Wine and Fridge and Bar refrigerator.

The KingsBottle products are beautiful and look fantastic in our new “Speakeasy” room. Everything fits beautifully and they are easy to use and very quiet in operation. We ordered the black/dark trim version vs the stainless. They are stunning…well worth the wait. I knocked off one star because the shipping partner did not do a great job. The boxes were labeled, “Do not double stack” but, they were double stacked! The boxes were well padded however there were several holes punched into both boxes. One of those holes led to a noticeable ding in the side of the bar fridge - luckily that didn’t affect function and the under bench design hides the ding. In summary, Product Quality - 5 Stars, Shipping Quality - 1 Star.
