Collagen + Biotin Lash Serum

The serum is amazing.The only problem is the packaging.Had ordered this serum a couple of times before.But this last order the brush on the applicator came off and stayed stuck in the tube.So I couldn’t use it.Contacted sales sent photos and after several emails was finally sent a replacement.Oh my goodness the lash serum replacement I was sent was clearly used.Barely had any product in the tube .The applicator you could clearly see it was used and had no stopper.Could not believe this was what was sent to me.I contacted sales and submitted photos again.Hopefully I will receive a NEW eyelash/brow serum because it does work amazingly It helped me tremendously after I had an eyebrow lift to grow my eyebrows back.

Ordered one and got an extra one due to probably not being so much product in the tube but I’ll take natural over chemical for my lashes any day.

I already see my lashes getting dense after two weeks only. I use it every morning and night. I did notice that the volume do the product could be better (just something to consider) for the price but even then I would buy it again as the results are visible.
