Mis-drilled

I purchased two sets of spacers and both are mis-drilled. The holes don’t line up exactly with the brackets, which makes them pretty worthless. The spacers that came with the gate fit perfectly, but I need more of them.

Extra spacers needed

I needed extra spacers for my setup. I actually expected them to be sent free of charge before my call but there was a fee. The shipping charge was higher than the cost of the extra spacers which was disappointing as well. However, they did the job and now the product works correctly. They also arrived fairly quickly.
