Good quality leather, colour is not what is pictured

The leather quality is good. Overall craftsmanship is not at the level of more premium brands I’ve owned but the price is a fraction. Two issues: - The compact satchel holds a 13” MacBook Pro but the strap inside isn’t big enough to cover it, so I’m not sure what the point of this is. My laptop flops around inside the bag without feeling secure. - I ordered the dark brown colour and what I got is far closer to a Tan; a colleague ordered a bag from Mahi a few weeks before, also in dark brown and his colour looks Tan as well. It’s a bit disappointing because it’s a very bright colour. I’ve got two other premium leather bags from another brand (much more $$$) in dark brown and that is a proper chocolate/mocha coloured dark brown As a result I use this bag sparingly now. Not sure I’d buy from them again but if you’re after a good quality leather bag that doesn’t cost a fortune and the profits are for a good cause then I’d recommend them.

The leather is nice

I have mixed feelings about this briefcase. The quality of the leather and the construction are both very nice. I ordered the briefcase in the vintage brown color but it arrived much lighter in color; lighter than the tan color in pictures. The interior is a durable fabric but on one side there is a snap closure that was too short to secure around my 13” MBP or a notepad, so I was a little confused of the purpose. Overall, it is a nice quality bag and I have been using it.

I have made multiple purchases from mahileather from year 2020 till now. The current leather "batch" and color tones of the vintage brown is much better now as compared to previous years.
