I received this bag, and I was disappointed in the quality of the product. It wasn’t what I had hoped anyway, for the $$. It was more orange than brown, and as mentioned before, it had a terrible odor. Now, that may recede over time. However, there were also some small white paint marks on the bag, that was really what made me want to send it back. So, I enquire about sending it back, and they offered me a discount to keep it, but that’s not what I want. It’s still too expensive to keep for something I won’t use. Then I had to contact them again, about the return, and they said they would send me an email in 3-5 business days of where to send it back. Huh? It takes that long to email me the return address? Im very skeptical…but, I’m still holding out hope. I will get back with the outcome.
