Bi-Boot - Recycled Waxed Canvas

My boots arrived covered in dirty or moldy black stains. On one of the boots the eyelets are clogged with hard waxed canvas so I can't get the laces through. I tried to contact customer services but I have not been able to discuss the defects with a person, it is only AI generated responses.
