Excellent customer service

I purchased new phone case and unfortunately had to use warranty to have it replaced due to damage to leather. I was sorta skeptical about warranty because most manufacturers make excuses etc to not warranty products but that was NOT the case here. My warranty claim was smooth and painless the rep I spoke with was excellent I had a replacement phone case in 2 days 10/10 would recommend!!!!
