Buying a ring online, sight unseen? Nerve racking! However, my personal assistant Kadidja was amazing. She sent me pictures and videos of all different styles and sizes. We had narrowed it down to two styles and once we chose the ideal cut, my GF left it to me to design the setting. Again, Kadidja was fantastic with communication, 3d renderings and a video review of the design. Flawless communication, execution and the final product was amazing. The ring is stunning in person and waiting a month to give it to her is the most agonizing experience I have ever had. Thank you again to the entire team. Because of my experience, my girlfriends daughter who is getting engaged, saw the ring, and scheduled an appointment with the NYC location and they are now buying a ring from Jean Dousset as well. Their experience was similar to mine.
