Beautiful Ring - Above & Beyond Expectations

I ordered my ring about three weeks ago. The ordering process was easy and I felt I was really able to see the ring and diamond online due to the great website with videos of the individual diamonds, grades etc., which I was originally worried about. I called to check status and I IMMEDIATELY got an employee who was extremely professional and kind and said she had been there over 11 years. The shipment was fast and boxed very well and safe with a very nice jewelry box which included a cleaning kit and nice ring box with a built in light.
