Snatch & Rinse Duster Sponge

Just received order 2 days ago. Was told we would receive free sponge and discount code for delay with order placed April 19th. Neither received. I got 2 bottles I ordered and sponge I purchased. Emailed company and as of today no reply. If you make a promise stand behind it. Won't order again.

Not a happy customer. First it took well over 1 month and a half before I received my order. I have sent several emails asking about my order and no one has ever reached out, no apology, not one single word from anyone. As far as the product, it smells good for a few minutes and honestly it works like any other cleaner. Not sure what the hype is all about.

I absolutely love this little duster! It gets into all the nooks and cranys!
