After initial setup difficulties, happy customer

My experience didn’t start great. I followed all instructions yet my chiller water outlet and tub water inlet/outlets all had leaks. Additionally, my chiller had an error code, flow was inconsistent, and I thought I might have received a lemon. After following some initial troubleshooting instructions, the issues persisted. I was ready to return everything, as the service was lacking/insufficient. However, at that point Cody the service manager called, arranged to come to my place and troubleshoot, and eventually figured out the issue and got it working without leaks. Since then, I’ve finally been able to use the tub and have loved it ever since. Assuming you can get everything set up without leaks, error codes, etc, the product is great. The company is young, clearly has some growing pains to work through, but the chiller has been solid since the leaks were fixed, which in my understanding led to the error codes. I could go on but I’ll leave it at that. Happily plunging daily at this point. Grateful for the help I eventually received and the product, it’s now working as advertised.
