Why spend $15/bottle on mediocre wine from liquor store.

Fast delivery. Vigorous fermentation. Great aroma. I don't use additives in my wine, never have, so the chemicals included in the kit went in trash. I ordered the kit only because I couldn't find a source of just plain, Nebbiolo concentrate. I am using my own, homegrown sugar maple toasted chips instead of the oak chips that came with the kit. I think, after 7 days of fermentation, that this will become a very sip-worthy wine at a price under $4/bottle. I looked for the best price on this Nebbiolo, and Howdy had it.
