Makers Mark Style Fermentation Kit

Well structured kit... grain mix produces a great tasting spirit. The second time running this kit, I cooked the corn 30 minutes longer at a higher temp, producing more ABV in the mash. Additional Wheat would mellow this recipe further. Highly recommend it .
