From the ordering process to the delivery, everything was great! We found the DIY videos to be perfect and really great at helping us to install the runner by ourselves. We easily installed the runner in half of a Saturday with zero experience ever installing carpet or doing anything similar. Our three boys now go up and down the stairs without fear of slipping and the carpet itself has made such a difference in noise. It no longer sounds like a heard of elephants going up and down the stairs. Highly recommend Direct Carpet!

Working with Direct Carpet was very easy! After ordering what I thought I needed, they immediately sent a text asking for photos to confirm that I was ordering correctly.
