Great value

Just started using my new wine and bev refrigerator and it’s great. Love the look and capacity. I have my fat wine bottles on bottom and top shelves and that works great. Not every shelf will fit 5 unless they are all skinny bottles. My only issue is the drain matter. This is a built in and I was not aware of any gravity drain situation so I’ll rely on the built in drain pan evaporating and not overflowing. I bought a water sensor and put behind the unit on floor since any water would damage new custom cabinets and floor.

Service excellent!

I will say Kings Bottles customer service was very good. They provided a new product as promised. I am having issues with the new unit freezing up!! I have thawed it out a few times and concerned that this unit might not be working correctly.
