EPOS Impact 1000 Dual Speaker Noise Canceling Headset With HD Mic

The ANC works well , and I like how the mircrophone works good too. The thing I don’t like is how sometimes, although rare, the headset will change volume by itself and the ANC will turn off by itself but this is very rare.

Inconsistent

I had to go through two rounds of troubleshooting so far with these. First person was very friendly, second one not so much. Each time we got things going again. Now I am never sure if they are actually going to work. I was listening with them and had to stop the video to check in something away from my desk. I put them down. When I came back a minute or so later, they wouldn’t work. Also the microphone is not very good. I am frequently told in meetings that people cannot hear me. I spent too much money on these for all of this to happen.

Does not work as advertised. Have talked with customer service and they are kind, but not helpful and they will not let me return this, even though it does not work as they advertise it.
